ARLINGTON BUNGALOW RENOVATION

Our clients sought our help to update their 1920s bungalow and convert a generic 1980s family room addition into an integrated piece of the overall composition. We added a sleeping porch, master bath and sitting room while renovating the kitchen, family room, master bedroom and other spaces.

The sleeping porch detailing echoes the front porch's distinctive column grouping and becomes the focal point of the rear of the house. The renovated family room teams with the sleeping porch above to form a structure whose character complements the original bungalow.
